Remember, shipping length varies by zip code and WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING LENGTH. Each time we ship, we attempt to upgrade your package to priority if possible. If you live east of the Mississippi, (except Florida) you will probably get Priority Shiiping automatically. We do not offer Priority Shipping to customers west of the Mississippi. However, your package will ship as quickly as possible. Because Shipping is our number 1 priority, we will not answer questions until our shipping has been completed for the day. Please Wait 7 Days before requesting the tracking number. We ship Via USPS. This is the original Legmagic as seen on the informercial. It was shipped to a customer who purchased it via the informercial and then decided they did not want it. There could be many reasons why a customer refused delivery. They changed their mind, it was too expensive, they tried the machine but it was too difficult, their doctor told them not to use it, the list could go on. Each box is checked to be sure all parts are included, sometimes it is necessary to replace the original box. The original box does not have a picture on it. To pay with a check or money order, you must win the auction, you cannot choose "buy it now". When sending a check or money order ALL I REALLY NEED IS, YOUR EBAY USE ID! ALSO CALLED SCREEN NAME. Please don't forget it, it is how I track your purchase on Ebay. Without it, I will not be able to find your sale on Ebay. Sometimes, stamps.com and the USPS can be frustrating to all of us. Generally this frustration only occurs with Parcel Post packages. This is because, tracking only shows the date I sent the package, called Electronic Notification. Electronic Notification is both the day I purchased your postage and the day I shipped your package. Since I work with the USPS Every Single Day, and since I go to the same Post Office In Windsor Locks, CT, Almost Every Single Day, I work with the local postal workers in an efficiant manner that makes their job easier and your packages ship quicker. I pre-sort my packages and palletize the larger items and bring them directly to the dock. However, because of this fact, at the time of delivery to the Post Office Dock, your parcel post and very often priority package is NOT SCANNED. In fact, "most of the items shipped are not scanned", according to the local postal workers at the Windsor Locks branch that I work with. Therefore, a package may not be SCANNED until it reaches your post office. That means, when you look at tracking you will frequently see NOTHING beyond electronic notification until your package arrives. This is NORMAL. If you have not received a Priority package within 3 days then we track. If you have not received a parcel post package within 10 business days, then we track, but parcel post can take 4-6 weeks, so it may be frustrating, but all we can do is wait.
